Adam B. Arnold

Managing Attorney in the Firm's Bankruptcy Department.

Mr. Arnold earned a Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University College of Law and graduated with a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Denver.
A licensed California attorney since 1996, Mr. Arnold has extensive experience assisting individuals and couples successfully complete Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Arnold has also represented some of the country's largest mortgage lenders in thousands of bankruptcy cases filed throughout the State of California. Having worked with both Debtors and Creditors, Mr. Arnold brings a unique perspective to the Firm. Mr. Arnold's knowledge of Creditor/Debtor law and experience representing lenders in bankruptcy proceedings helps to ensure that the clients of Doan Law Firm, LLP are kept well-informed and properly counseled from beginning to end.

Mr. Arnold's prior experience includes work as a corporate attorney for a collections company specializing in charged off receivables and in the fraud department of a major credit card issuer. Mr. Arnold has also been the buying real estate broker in dozens of transactions with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Mr. Arnold is admitted to the state and federal courts of California.
