Todd. A. Warshof is an attorney in the bankruptcy/insolvency department of the Escondido office. Mr. Warshof received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2000. In 2003, Mr. Warshof received his Jurist Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Mr. Warshof has extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy practice, and has successfully represented thousands of debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in the Southern and Central districts of California. He has represented debtors in a significant portion of cases filed in San Diego County under the new bankruptcy laws and is up-to-date on the recent developments under these laws.

Mr. Warshof is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts of Southern, Central, and Eastern California.
